Thank you for considering one of our apartments. We strive to offer the best possible rental apartments and we look for great tenants that take pride in the place they live.

All applications must be completely filled out. Please note that we cannot approve any application without all of the requested information.

Application fee of $80.00 per adult occupant is nonrefundable.

Applicants must provide your two most current employment paycheck stubs as proof of income for each applicant. If you are self employed, we will need a copy of your tax returns for the past two years.

By signing below, I /we authorize that the above information is correct and complete and hereby authorize you to make any inquiries necessary to evaluate my tenancy, including credit reports, civil or criminal actions, rental history, employment/ salary details, police and vehicle records, and any other relevant information. If I rent the unit, I understand the information on this form may be maintained in a tenant database for up to 5 (five) years after I vacate the premises.

I agree that all monies paid are non refundable if I choose not to take possession of the unit.

We will process the application by obtaining a copy of your credit and/or criminal report. We will contact your employer for employment verification and income verification. We will contact your previous landlord. We may also perform a background check.

If you are accepted for this property we require all deposits in the form of certified funds and a signed deposit waiver form within 24 hours of your approval. All deposits are non refundable.

You are strongly encouraged to obtain renters insurance. The owner’s insurance policy does not cover your personal belongings.
You must turn on all required utility services, such as electric on the same day you take occupancy of the property.

We will do an inspection prior to the move in date. We have a high standard in the preparation of rental units. Any request to make changes in the current condition of the property or terms of the lease agreement must be in writing and receive approval from management.

If you need parking you must notify us prior to your move in date. You will have to fill out and sign a Parking Agreement.

There are no verbal agreements. All changes to the property or lease agreement must be approved by the owner.
